The Beginning
LOC Cleaning quickly took off, landing it’s first major contract providing ‘Post-Construction cleaning services to Property Developers/Re-Developers in the student housing market at Temple University. Today, LOC Cleaning has serviced over two dozen Property Managers, provided post construction cleaning to facilities and newly developed apartment complexes totaling over 100,00 sq-ft and maintains over 150,000 sq-ft of building dwellings.
